SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO : 10-Kilometer Walk to Benefit Charity

A 10-kilometer “Walk of Hope” winding through the 97 acres of historical Rancho Capistrano will be held Sunday to help raise funds for the Saddleback Community Outreach.
Walkers are encouraged to find sponsors who will pledge at least $1 per kilometer or a flat rate of $10, but all pledges will be accepted. Free hamburgers will be provided to the first 300 walkers.
All proceeds will go to Saddleback Community Outreach, a South County organization that provides food, shelter and clothing to people in need.
Check-in time is 12:30 p.m. at the ranch, adjacent to Interstate 5 at 29251 Camino Capistrano. The walk starts at 1 p.m.
