Soares Withdraws From All-Star Football

Bill Soares, an offensive lineman from El Modena High School, has quit the North team that will play in the Orange County all-star football game, North Coach Jon Looney said Wednesday.
Steve Bosich, a 6-foot-2, 240-pound lineman from Canyon High, has replaced Soares. The game is scheduled July 12 at Orange Coast College.
