Christopher Commission Ratings: Tuesday’s live announcement of the results of the Christopher Commission’s LAPD investigation was seen in about 740,000 of this area’s 5 million television households, according to the Nielsen ratings. KCBS Channel 2 took the biggest share of the audience. KABC Channel 7, which broke the embargo on the information in the report before the press conference, was second; KNBC Channel 4 was third and KCAL Channel 9 finished last.
