Provena Foods: The Santa Ana specialty foods processor posted earnings of $212,885 for the second quarter, an 8% increase from earnings of $196,223 reported a year earlier. Sales dropped 2% to $10.3 million from $10.5 million. For the first half, earnings rose 10% to $434,605 from $395,028 for the first six months of 1990. Sales were up 2% to $20.2 million from $19.9 million.
