Four tenants have signed leases totaling 93,100 square feet of office space in the recently completed, 18-story Lakeshore Towers building in Irvine. The largest lease is Mission Energy Co.’s 11-year lease for 65,000 square feet. In addition to an eight-level parking structure and a restaurant, the Lakeshore complex includes a two-acre lake, a one-acre park, outdoor lunch area, a jogging trail and a sand beach with volleyball courts.
