China’s ‘Emperors’ Not Spoiled, Survey Says

BEIJING — China’s pampered “little emperors,” the single children who have resulted from the government’s one-child per family policy, are not so spoiled after all, according to an official study.
A survey of 1,293 parents, children and teachers by Beijing University found that an only-child was under more pressure and received less pocket money than children in multichild families, the China Daily said.
