Texas Moves Suit Against TRW to Federal Court: TRW Inc. said the Texas attorney general dropped a lawsuit in Texas state court and is now suing the Cleveland-based company in U.S. District Court. The states of Alabama, California, Florida, Idaho, Michigan, New Hampshire, Nevada, New Mexico and Pennsylvania have filed petitions to join the suit, which alleges fraud in TRW’s credit-reporting business. A separate suit filed by the New York attorney general is pending in state court there.
