Gasoline Prices Up Slightly: A slight increase in taxes and wholesale prices the past two weeks ended a summer-long decline in gasoline prices, according to the Lundberg Survey. Weighted average retail prices rose a minute 0.05 cent a gallon to $1.2215 by Friday, according to the biweekly Lundberg Survey of 13,000 stations nationwide. Gasoline prices, including taxes, as of July 26: Regular unleaded was $1.0914 per gallon at self-service stations; premium unleaded, $1.2562, and regular leaded, $1.01.26. At full-service stations, regular unleaded was $1.3793 per gallon; premium unleaded, $1.5244, and regular leaded, $1.3652.
