WESTMINSTER : Bike Registration Is Free on ‘Safety Day’

To encourage children to register their bikes, the City Council has waived the $10 registration fee for one day this week.
During Safety Day, on Thursday at Sigler Park, youths can register their bikes and learn safety skills from firefighters and police officers.
Last year, during the first Safety Day, hundreds of children attended, according to Community Services Department Director Penny Loomer.
