PORT HUENEME : $70,000 House Fire Believed to Be Arson

Ventura County fire officials have determined that a Port Hueneme house fire was arson.
The owners were not home when firefighters responded to the fire at 215 Willowbrook St. about 8:30 p.m. Monday. The fire caused $50,000 worth of damage to the house and $20,000 worth of damage to its contents, fire officials said.
Although the cause has been determined to be arson, the case is still under investigation.
