Baker on Russian Nuclear Arms

Now let me get this straight. The U.S. spends trillions of dollars over the past 40 years to protect us from the Soviet nuclear threat. And now the redoubtable James A. Baker III tells us that a nuclear-free Russian commonwealth is a threat to world stability.
Furthermore, Baker refuses to name the country which Russian nukes are supposed to keep in line.
This is the most incredible double-think newspeak I’ve heard since Richard Nixon said, “I’m not a crook!”
