Bill of Responsibilities

Where would the people in this country be without the Bill of Rights? But, we need to try to complete the job begun by the framers of the Constitution.
This country also needs a companion Bill of Responsibilities! This bill is needed so that every man, woman and child has a well-defined idea of what is expected of them as good citizens.
I challenge the voters and the candidates of all parties in the 1992 elections to push for a “Bill of Responsibilities” to become part of the law of this land.
