The settlement of a sexual harassment lawsuit against San Bernardino County Supt. of Schools Charles S. Terrell Jr. involves a payment of $235,000, officials said. Terrell, who admitted no liability, was charged by school/community liaison officer Linda Frost with repeatedly phoning her at home and making lewd comments. Frost, who said that about half the payment would go to pay her legal bills, agreed to resign from her five-year post with the superintendent’s office as part of the settlement. Frost will be paid $55,000 in county school funds and $180,000 from the Inland Empire Schools Insurance Authority. A settlement had been reported previously, but not the payment to Frost.
