MOORPARK : Board OKs Builder for High School

The board of the Moorpark Unified School District approved a Lancaster-based contractor Tuesday to build its new continuation high school, ending a search that took more than seven months and four rounds of bids.
The board voted 5 to 0 to award $1.7-million project to American Construction, which will build a new Moorpark Community High School at 5868 Condor Drive.
