2 Partnerships Sell Comarco Shares: Two Nebraska partnerships have sold 80,000 shares of Anaheim-based Comarco Inc. over the past two months, according to documents recently filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Comarco provides computer systems hardware and software products and services, primarily for the military. The shares were sold for between $5.56 and $6.43 each, according to the SEC filing. The sale reduces ownership by Parsow Partnership Ltd. and Elkhorn Partners L.P., both of Nebraska, from 11.15% to 9.45%--or 471,100 common shares. A Comarco spokeswoman said she does not know the reason for the sale. The company’s stock closed at $6 Wednesday, down $0.38.
