Calabasas Promotes Nathenson in Baseball

Rick Nathenson, a former assistant baseball coach at Kennedy and Alemany highs, has been named baseball coach at Calabasas, the school announced Thursday.
Scott Drootin, who led Calabasas’ freshman team to the Frontier League title last season, was named his assistant.
Nathenson, who also teaches at the school, coached the Calabasas junior varsity the past four seasons.
Nathenson replaced Bob Wade, who will be serving as an assistant baseball coach at Westlake.
