* Michael Hughes has been promoted to director of marketing for tenant improvements at Koll Construction’s Southern California division in Seal Beach. He will be responsible for tenant improvement business development in Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange counties as well as in the Inland Empire. Hughes was previously a senior project manager at the company’s Los Angeles office.
