Russia appears to have failed in its effort to mount a challenge following the cancellation of the flight that was to have delivered the Russian boat.
The Red Star ’92 syndicate had until noon today to present the boat for official measurement. Its White Nights was to leave Tartu, Estonia, Friday aboard a military transport plane. It was unknown why the flight was canceled.
