The Primary Process: C-Span, the not-for-profit public affairs cable channel, plans to cover the New Hampshire primary by carrying a nightly newscast from that state. From tonight through the Feb. 18 primary, C-Span will air the evening news from WMUR-TV, the ABC affiliate in Manchester.
