Summit Health Ltd. reported that its second-quarter and six-month earnings increased 91% and 72% respectively, citing gains throughout the firm’s operations.
Net income rose to $3.49 million, or 11 cents per share, for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 1991, compared to net income of $1.83 million, or 6 cents per share, for the second quarter of fiscal year 1991. Second-quarter revenue increased to $114.83 million, up 20% from a year earlier.
The Burbank-based health care concern said the results were highlighted by continued increases in outpatient surgery and other specialty markets.
