Comrade Viewers: Russian television viewers are going to get a nightly dose of American TV shows and movies next week, with shows such as “Murphy Brown” and “Life Goes On” being dubbed in Russian for the first time. Warner Brothers International Television Division and Russian television officials are to formally announce the project Monday at the United Nations.
