Pomona : Mobile Home Rent Control

The City Council, which has imposed a temporary moratorium on rent increases in mobile home parks, will consider permanent regulations at a special meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
The council ordered a survey of rents at mobile home parks after residents complained of rent gouging.
City staff will present the results of the survey and offer various approaches the city could take to the regulation of rents.
