Dismissal of Teacher’s Creationism Lawsuit Draws a Chorus of Hurrahs

The Jan. 17 Times carried the news that John Peloza’s suit had been rejected. Barring a successful appeal the case is closed. Good. Enough already. Let the murky waters stirred up by sensationalist reporting settle. But what’s this on the front page of the Orange County section on Jan. 18? A picture and story about Peloza who, the caption says, “sued the school district.” Again? Not so. Just rehash. Enough already . . . and then some.
