WAL-MART IN BURBANK: The Burbank City Council is expected to approve an agreement Tuesday to negotiate exclusively with Wal-Mart Stores for the development of a shopping center on property being vacated by Lockheed Corp.
MURDER CONVICTION: Emilito Halili Exmundo, convicted of fatally shooting a Canoga Park woman as she left the Topanga Plaza mall last year, is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday in Van Nuys Superior Court. Camille Gibbs, 45, had gone to the mall to buy a wedding present.
