Looking Back at the Gulf War

Can you tell me, Mr. President, if shooting yourself in the foot is considered friendly fire? I suppose your televised tantrum aimed at the “liberal Democrats” climbing all over your “you-know-what” might have impressed some people (Jan. 16). But me, I’m wondering why you claim to have saved us from $20-per-gallon gas prices after swearing during the war that our involvement wasn’t about oil, but “naked aggression.” I don’t think Japan was the first or last time you’ve thrown up on yourself.
