JUST SAY NO WAY: Orange County teen-agers from Girls Inc. of Costa Mesa are being featured on ABC’s “Home” show this week. One segment has featured the teen center’s eight-week “Will Power/Won’t Power” program with girls talking to each other about sex. . . . “We know girls aren’t going to stop kissing boys, but we want them to recognize high risk-situations,” says the center’s Rosemary Parrovechio. The final segment, with the girls talking to boys, airs today at 10 a.m. on Channel 7.
