ANAHEIM — An Anaheim woman was in critical condition Thursday night after her car collided with a pickup truck, police said.
Mary Beck Klevies, 65, was flown by helicopter to Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo after the 5:28 p.m. accident, Sgt. Harold Parkison said. The truck’s driver, whose name was withheld because he is a minor, was unhurt, Parkison said.
Klevies was driving a 1985 Toyota Tercel west on Miraloma Avenue and could not stop before colliding with the pickup, which was turning north on Blue Gum Street, he said.
The intersection has traffic signals, which were working, said Parkison, who added that police have not issued citations.
