Testimony in Rodney King Case

The defendants in the Rodney King beating need not worry. If they are found guilty they can appeal all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Justices Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia will rule in their favor.
According to a recent decision, it is not cruel and unusual punishment for prison guards to repeatedly kick and beat a handcuffed and shackled inmate under the watchful eye of a supervisor.
