What America saw and heard from Jack Palance was the culmination of total frustration and anger of a man who will just not accept being considered washed up. The man possesses the talents to turn in a sterling performance; the fact that he has added some gray does not diminish his acting capabilities.
I really admired the curmudgeon and his rather ribald, sassy way of expressing himself. Can America ever understand that “older” means more experience and more sensitivity and that this element of our society needs more attention and opportunity, not less? Kudos for Palance!
