Oregon quarterback Brett Salisbury, once considered the successor to Bill Musgrave, has quit the team and says he plans to transfer to an NCAA Division II school. Salisbury said he decided to leave after Oregon offensive coordinator Mike Bellotti told him that sophomore Danny O’Neil and junior Doug Musgrave would get more work in spring drills.
