The shotgun slaying of Willie Holyfield, brother of heavyweight boxing champion Evander Holyfield, was accidental, family members testified Thursday.
Holyfield, 35, was killed March 18, apparently after an argument at his house in Atlanta.
The victim’s brother-in-law, Michael Lucas, 35, who is charged with murder in the case, appeared Thursday in Atlanta Municipal Court.
