EXTRA HOMEWORK: When a 500-member All-American Marching Band performs at the grand opening of Euro Disneyland just east of Paris today, five beaming musicians will be from Capistrano Valley High School. The students, who paid their own way, had been in the All-State Honor Band. They left for France Tuesday and started rehearsals the next day. . . . “It’s once in a lifetime; we’re thrilled for them,” says Sandra Cupp of the school’s music department.
