Dole Food Co., a Westlake Village-based food and real estate concern, said it has reorganized its packaged foods business, moving the former division head, Michael G. Binder, to a new position as president of packaged foods in North America and Europe.
Thomas J. Mason was named president of the packaged foods business in North America and Asia. Mason joins the company from Kraft U.S.A., where he was executive vice president and general manager of specialty products.
