STILL PAYING: February’s heavy flood damage cost the county millions, but the bills are still coming in. The Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved 296 hours of overtime to the county’s Environmental Management Agency. That was just for 10 management-level employees. Supervisors Chairman Roger R. Stanton told them they deserved “a hearty thanks.”
