Administration Deceiving Public

Regarding Colman McCarthy’s column, “In Abortion and War, The Weak Die” (April 10): Here again is the basic, misguided logic of the anti-choice movement--that a fertilized egg is as much a “human life” as an Iraqi citizen or the woman in whose body the egg is fertilized. I reject this claim by the anti-choicers, and thus reject the link Colman McCarthy finds between abortion and war. Mr. McCarthy and those who agree with him are “pro-life” only when it comes to life inside the womb!
