CASTAIC : Winds Flip Mobile Home on Freeway

Strong winds overturned a 50-foot mobile home Friday on the Golden State Freeway near Templin Highway in Castaic, closing the northbound lanes of the freeway for about three hours and causing a five-mile backup, the California Highway Patrol said.
There were no injuries, the CHP said, and no other vehicles were damaged.
The mobile home, which had a special permit to travel at that time, flipped off the flatbed truck hauling it at about 10:20 a.m., CHP Officer Wendy Moore said.
