The Water and Power Employees’ Retirement Plan in Los Angeles last week sent this letter to a recently deceased resident of Leisure World in Laguna Hills, whose estate Norman is handling: “Dear Sir, Mail that we have sent to you has been returned to us indicating that you have died. . . . Please call us now . . . and let us know what to do with your checks and other correspondence.”
