News of UCLA Season Finally Reaches Texas

Listening to the local call-in shows and no doubt the forthcoming nasty letters to The Times from spoiled UCLA basketball fans, I thought I would put my two cents in. Sport magazine not long ago called UCLA basketball fans the nation’s worst. After seeing the crocodile tears and all the hostile attitudes toward a 28-5 team, I must agree. These people are a disgrace to Coach Wooden, whom they claim to admire.
