CSUN Signs Mira Costa Volleyball Player Green

Cal State Northridge won a recruiting battle against Pepperdine, Stanford, USC, UC Santa Barbara and Brigham Young on Friday when Cameron Green, a volleyball player from Mira Costa High, signed a letter of intent.

“I looked at the way they play, with fire and intensity,” Green said of the Matadors. “That’s the way I play.”

Green, 6-foot-4, 185 pounds, was a second-team Junior Olympic All-American. He plays outside hitter.
