* Chris Porter has been appointed executive vice president, Pacific for Burlington Air Express, an Irvine-based cargo express company. In his new position, he will oversee development of subsidiaries in Australia, New Zealand, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. Porter was formerly regional vice president, responsible for development of operations for the Asia region.
