Lou Campanelli, University of California basketball coach, and three other Division I coaches apparently violated an NCAA rule by appearing Sunday on the broadcast of a high school all-star game. An NCAA rule bars a coach from serving as an announcer or commentator for high school games. The other coaches were Jim Boeheim of Syracuse, Bobby Cremins of Georgia Tech and John Calipari of Massachusetts.
