Guest ‘Recycling’ Too: The Anaheim Marriott is also trying to recycle its guests as well--that is, keep them coming back. To help lure more business, the company has created three “executive meeting suites” on the third floor where companies can host small business groups.
Each of the suites, which have provisions for up to 24 guests, will come with an “executive meeting manager,” a servant who will personally attend to lining up the catering, installing slide or movie projectors and making overnight reservations for those attending.
“During the last several years due to the volatile economy, companies are hosting smaller, closer-to-home, strategy planning meetings rather than large-scale company events,” said marketing director Jim Luce. “These new suites address this market and make our hotel more useful and attractive to our local business clientele.”
