Return Engagement: Dick Clark will be back, for the second consecutive year, as executive producer of the Daytime Emmy Awards. The 19th annual ceremony will air in prime time June 23 on NBC and originate from the Sheraton Hotel and Towers in New York. Al Schwartz will produce. Daytime nominees will be announced May 7, and the non-televised portion of the awards--primarily for creative arts categories--will take place June 20 at the Sheraton Universal here.
