Lambrose, Sophomore Pitcher at Pacific Shores, Strikes Out 19

Pacific Shores pitcher Josh Lambrose struck out 19 batters in a 7-4 victory over Riverside Christian in a Metro League baseball game Friday at Riverside Christian.
Lambrose, a sophomore right-hander, allowed three hits and one earned run. He hit two batters but didn’t walk any and struck out the side five times.
Tuesday, Lambrose had nine strikeouts in three innings of relief in a 13-12 victory over Garden Grove Claremont. Of the 30 outs he recorded this week, 28 were strikeouts.
Chris Ross had two doubles and five RBIs and Chris Mitchell had two doubles and one RBI for Pacific Shores (2-3, 1-2).
