Diamond Bar’s General Plan

OK, Diamond Bar, it’s time for you to take your future into your own hands. The final draft version of the General Plan will be completed soon and (ready for) public hearings.
This document is an attempt to guild the development (or lack of development) in Diamond Bar for the next 20 years.
It is up to the citizens of Diamond Bar to defend the principles within the General Plan that preserve the country atmosphere and quality community we have all known and wish we had control over.
With two City Council members running for higher office, it is critical that we ensure that their decisions are based on the concerns of the citizens of Diamond Bar and not of some larger area of interest.
Get out and make your opinions heard while they have to listen, because when the doors are shut and final changes are made on the General Plan, changing it will be twice the job that creating it was in the first place.
