Taking Exception to Bilingual Effort

Although I understand that you were trying to reach out to any Spanish speakers who may read your newspaper, I might point out that The Times is an English-language newspaper. The Spanish-speaking population has numerous media outlets of their own from which this type of information can be disseminated. Further, anybody who picks up the Los Angeles Times certainly has command of the English language and would not need the Spanish-language article.
What’s next? Eventually the whole paper will be in Spanish?
