Taking Exception to Bilingual Effort

I have been a subscriber to your newspaper for more than 40 years. By and large, I’ve enjoyed the reading experience. It has been money well spent.
I was mystified by the article in the April 16 Orange County Section (“1992 Handbook Carries Wrong Set of Tax Tables”). The article was about the IRS and was printed both in Spanish and in English.
If it was a joke, it wasn’t very amusing. If you intended not to offend, you failed. If it was a test for reaction, you got at least one. If it is a portent of the future, please cancel my subscription. The money I save could be used to buy a book on beginning Spanish and do it properly.
