Management of Marina del Rey

As children go hungry and uneducated because of a lack of public funds, our elected officials sell access rights to the highest bidder.
We must put a stop to this mess that has destroyed our system of representative government. Term limits are not the answer. The cast of characters may change but the “access” system will not.
The only answer is significant reductions in the amount of money that can be spent for an election campaign. It must be low enough for the average person to be elected. To make the playing field level to start, all war chests must be brought to zero by donating this money to the charity of the incumbent’s choice.
We must return to grass-root politics with each individual’s vote counting as much as another’s if we are to save this country.
