Still Appealing at 45

Every five years, KTLA produces a marvelous retrospective of its programming history, and “KTLA at 45: A Salute to Los Angeles Television” (April 8) was another in that fine tradition. It was a nice touch for KTLA to include clips of shows from its local competitors. It made for a richer, more comprehensive history of early television in Los Angeles, and it was appreciated.
