PRIVATE GLORY TOO: Restaurateur Rick Anderson of San Clemente had only tradition in mind when he set out to save the city’s Fourth of July fireworks show. But he also got a nice pat on the back from Gov. Pete Wilson, who wrote him: “You are a sterling example of a Californian who enriches his community.” . . . At a ceremony today, Anderson and his supporters will hand over a check for $25,000-plus to the cash-strapped city. The private funds will be enough to save Saturday’s fireworks over San Clemente Pier.
